The teacher
Youssef Oudghiri
A yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance USA, former member of Morocco's national decathlon team, 2nd dan Japanese ju-jitsu martial artist and qualified osteopath.

Background
A path between performance and silence
Youssef's yoga did not come from a studio but from a stadium. Ten disciplines across two days, the obligation to manage your breath, your recovery and your head: the decathlon teaches you early that a body does not progress by fighting itself.
Japanese ju-jitsu added the discipline of form and respect for rhythm. Osteopathy added the anatomical reading: where a tension begins, why a shoulder locks, how a posture can reorganise itself around a single block.
From these three worlds came a way of teaching that links power and calm — Ashtanga and Rocket on one side, restorative and zazen on the other, and between them the props that make the practice open to everyone.

Teaching
How he teaches
- Listen before sequencing
History, injuries, sleep, workload: the class is built on what you bring that day.
- Place first, then strengthen
Alignment first, intensity after. A correct, modest posture beats a spectacular, forced one.
- Build independence
Every session leaves you two or three simple things to take away: a breath, a posture, a point of attention.
Talk about your practice
One message is enough to describe your situation and find the right class.
