  • Private classes or small groupsOne-to-one, pair or group sessions, depending on demand. At your home, at your workplace or in a dedicated space in Casablanca.
  • One teacher, four worldsTraditional yoga, elite athletics, Japanese ju-jitsu and osteopathy: the body is read anatomically as much as spiritually.
  • Beginners genuinely welcomeProps — blocks, straps, a chair, bolsters — are there to adapt every posture. No prior flexibility is required.
  • French, Arabic, Spanish, EnglishClasses are taught in whichever language you are most comfortable with.

How do you choose the best yoga teacher in Casablanca?

Check three things: the credential (Yoga Alliance USA awards RYT 200, RYT 300 and E-RYT 500, the last of which requires proven teaching experience), the ability to adapt postures to your body rather than making you follow a template, and the first conversation. Youssef Oudghiri holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP, is a qualified osteopath and a former member of Morocco's national decathlon team: a rare profile in Morocco, combining anatomical insight with traditional teaching.

Do you teach yoga at home in Casablanca?

Yes. Private classes take place at your home, at your workplace, at the centre or online, whichever suits you. The equipment needed (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters) can be provided.

I'm a beginner and not flexible — can I still start?

Yes — and it is by far the most common starting point. Props — blocks, straps, a chair, blankets — are there to adapt every posture to your build. Flexibility is a result of the practice, never a condition for starting.

Which styles of yoga do you teach?

Restorative yoga, Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga, prop-supported yoga (with elements), Iyengar-inspired yoga and Japanese meditation (zazen). Personal training and strength work complete the physical conditioning programme.

Are classes private or group-based?

Both: private, pair, family, small-group or corporate classes, available on request. The format is agreed during the first conversation on WhatsApp.

Which languages are classes taught in?

In French, Arabic, Spanish or English, as you prefer.

Where is the yoga centre in Casablanca?

The centre is at No 8, lot El Manar Groupe V, rue Driss Mhamdi, in the El Hank district of Casa Anfa, Casablanca — a few minutes from the corniche. Open the address in Google Maps. Classes can also take place at your home, at your workplace or online.

How do I book a session?

The simplest way is WhatsApp, on +212 666 818 106 (or +34 722 552 231 from Spain). Describe your level, your availability and your goals: the first reply will point you to the right class.
