Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, per session for single classes and per month for the pass. They apply to every style taught: restorative yoga, Ashtanga, Rocket, prop-supported yoga, Iyengar-inspired yoga and Japanese meditation.

Teacher training

RYS 200 training — become a yoga teacher

Yoga You Center is registered as a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) with Yoga Alliance USA. On completing the 200-hour programme you receive an international certificate of completion, which entitles you to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) — a title recognised worldwide.

Yoga is a physical and spiritual wellbeing discipline that is not governed by any sector-specific statute in Morocco. This programme is therefore a private course of personal development and continuing education, delivered according to the international, independent standards of Yoga Alliance USA, a private American organisation. It awards a private international certificate of completion — not a state diploma, nor a qualification accredited by the Moroccan Ministry of Vocational Training.

Classes at homeThe teacher comes to you in Casablanca and the surrounding area, with the equipment needed. The rate accounts for travel and the number of participants.
Corporate yogaRegular sessions at the workplace, over lunch or at the end of the day. Quoted according to frequency and group size.
Beyond the monthly passThe MAD 1,100 pass covers regular practice at the centre. For a particular rhythm, a shared pass or a bespoke programme, tell us what you need: the arrangement is worked out with you.

What the price includes

The price of a session covers more than the hour on the mat. It includes being welcomed at the centre, the use of all equipment — mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, meditation cushions — and above all the design of the session: that is where the difference lies between a class you attend and a class that fits you.

Classes are taught in French, Arabic, Spanish or English, whichever language you are most comfortable in.

Why these prices

The E-RYT 500 credential from Yoga Alliance USA is only awarded after 500 hours of training and several years of verified teaching; the YACEP status additionally authorises delivering continuing education to other teachers.

Add to that a career as an athlete in Morocco's national decathlon team, a 2^e dan in Japanese ju-jitsu and a qualification in osteopathy. In practice: postures adapted to your joints, a structured progression, and guidance that takes any injuries into account.

Yes. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and meditation cushions are all provided on site. You are of course welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Do you offer classes at home or at the workplace?
